Luna, a 1-year-old dog, attended the salon for her routine monthly grooming appointment. Due to her active and adventurous lifestyle, regular coat maintenance is required to manage debris, prevent matting, and support overall coat and skin condition. Luna was pre-brushed to remove surface tangles and loose coat prior to bathing.

She was then bathed using a suitable professional-grade shampoo and conditioner to cleanse the coat thoroughly while maintaining moisture balance and skin health. Following the bath, Luna received a complete high-velocity blow-dry to remove excess moisture and loosen remaining undercoat, followed by a full brush-out and comb-through to ensure the coat was free from tangles and compacted hair.

A maintenance trim was carried out using clippers and hand scissoring techniques to neaten the overall outline while preserving a natural length and breed-appropriate appearance. Particular attention was given to sanitary areas, paw pads, feathering, and high-friction zones to improve hygiene and comfort. Blending and finishing techniques were applied to achieve a smooth, even finish.

Luna displayed a calm and cooperative temperament throughout the grooming process and responded well to handling and grooming procedures. She left the salon clean, refreshed, and well-presented, with a healthy, manageable coat suited to her active lifestyle.
