Soxz was bathed using suitable products to cleanse and refresh her coat, followed by thorough drying and brushing. She then received a full groom, including coat tidying and finishing work to maintain her comfort while enhancing her natural appearance.

Given her age and this being her first visit, extra patience and reassurance were provided throughout the grooming process. Soxz remained calm and cooperative, responding well to gentle handling. She left the salon clean, comfortable, and looking beautifully refreshed. She was a pleasure to groom and did very well for her first visit.
