Late Arrival and No-Show Policy

To ensure fairness to all clients and to allow us to manage our appointment schedule effectively, we operate a late arrival and no-show policy.

• Clients who arrive late for their appointment may be subject to a £10 late fee, or their appointment may be shortened or rescheduled depending on availability.

• Clients who fail to attend their appointment or cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged a £10 no-show fee.

We kindly ask that you notify us as soon as possible if you are unable to attend or expect to be delayed.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change and kindly ask all clients to provide at least 24 hours’ notice if they need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Cancellations made with 24 hours’ notice or more will not incur a charge. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or failure to attend a scheduled appointment, will be treated as a no-show and will be subject to the £10 no-show fee.

Providing adequate notice allows us to offer the appointment to another client and helps us maintain a reliable and efficient service for all customers.
